How do I list my car for sale? Click Get Started or Sell My Car from the homepage. Fill in your car's details — make, model, year, kilometres, condition, VIN, and photos. Your listing goes live immediately and stays active for 30 days. There is no upfront cost to list — a $199 success fee applies only if you choose to accept an offer. How do dealer offers work? Once your listing is live, approved registered dealers can browse it and submit offers. Each offer shows the amount, an optional message, and how long the offer is valid. Dealer identity is kept confidential and only revealed after you accept an offer. What happens after I accept an offer? The dealer is notified and has a limited window to pay the reveal fee to unlock your contact information. Once they pay, you'll receive the dealer's contact details and can arrange the sale directly. Is it free for sellers? There is no upfront fee to list or receive offers. A $199 success fee applies only if you choose to accept an offer. How do I become an approved dealer? Go to the Register page and fill in your application: legal business name, state of operation, dealer licence number, ABN, business address, and contact email. Our team reviews applications and approves dealers who meet our criteria. My listing expired — can I renew it? Yes. Head to your Seller Dashboard, find the expired listing, and use the renew option to extend it for another 30 days. How do dealer reveals and subscriptions work? After a seller accepts a dealer's offer, the dealer pays a one-time reveal fee to unlock the seller's contact details. Dealers can also subscribe to an annual plan that includes instant reveal of seller contact on accepted deals. Can I see all the offers on my listing? Yes. Log into your Seller Dashboard and click on your listing to see all current offers, including the amount, validity, and any message.
